Five easy steps to use PostCalls. Steps 1 - 3 must be done on the web. Step 4 - 5 can be performed on the web or by phone.
Step 1 - Add a group. For example, Northeast Sales Group. Phone #’s to be called will be assigned to this group.
Step 2 - Add phone #'s. Enter them one at a time or import them from an existing data file. You can easily modify them later if needed.
Step 3 - Purchase calls.
Step 4 - Record your message from the web or call 1-866-992-POST.
Step 5 - Choose your delivery time. Or deliver your message immediately.
Other Tips and Info:
- Your messages are delivered anywhere in the Continental U.S.
- NO long distance charges to you or the recipients
- You can have multiple contact lists under your User ID (account)
- Your message recording time is all yours - NO advertisements or intros by PostCalls
- Your message recording time can be up to 60 seconds
- You are charged by total record count (phone numbers)
- Automatic re-dial four (4) additional times on unanswered and busy signals - you are only charged for the first attempt
- Delivers to people, voice mail and answering machines (must be direct-access lines, no extensions)
- Your message can be scheduled for delivery at a later date and time
- Your message is delivered between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM of the recipient's time zone
- You can import an existing phone contact list or manually enter phone numbers
- Record your message from the web or call 1-866-992-7678 and follow the voice prompts
- Detailed status reports and your call history are available on line
- A single recorded message delivered to 10 phone numbers equals 10 calls
- Calls are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
