1. When did PostCalls deactivate?
November 30th was the last day to access PostCalls.
2. Will my PostCalls account automatically transfer to CallingPost?
No. Accounts in PostCalls will not be automatically migrated to CallingPost. Each client will need to create and set up their account in the new system.
3. Do CallingPost and PostCalls offer the same features?
No. While both platforms support voice broadcasting, CallingPost offers additional features such as text messaging (SMS/MMS), email notifications, and more advanced communication tools.
4. How does the CallingPost billing and subscription work?
CallingPost offers you two options:
- Pay-As-You-Go: Buy credits only when you need them. Each call, text, or email uses credits—great for occasional messaging.
- Monthly/Annual Subscriptions: Receive a monthly bundle of credits at a lower cost per message. If you send 2–4 messages per week, a subscription is usually more cost-effective.
Both options let you use credits for voice, text, or email, giving you more flexibility than PostCalls' call-only model.
5. What support is available during the transition?
We offer full transition support, including onboarding help, setup guidance, tutorials, and live customer assistance. If you need help at any point, give us a call at 877-665-5646 and we'll walk you through it.
